FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:Q. What loads can you treat to make them more efficient?A. Our technologies and engineering approaches can be applied effectively to all motors (AC, DC, VFD, etc.), refrigeration systems, cooling systems (i.e. roof top units, chillers, etc.), fluorescent lighting, HID lighting and more. Q. How much efficiency / cost reduction can I expect from each of the respective loads treated? A. Following are the ranges of guaranteed savings:

Because each project is specifically designed and engineered to meet the needs of the individual facility it is not possible to say how much the project will cost until we perform a free, no obligation analysis. A better question may be “how good of a return on my investment will I receive”. Our “whole facility” projects typically produce a payback between 18 months and 36 months depending on the facility. That equates to a typical ROI of between 33% and 67%. Keep in mind too that the payback / ROI is guaranteed in writing and backed by a surety bond underwritten by Lloyds of London. You are guaranteed to get every penny of the pre-determined return on your investment. It is also important to understand that you are already forced to budget to a fixed, non-negotiable expense each and every month… your electricity bill. This expense is already in your budget and cash flow projections, and is anticipated in your P&L. By investing in our turnkey project, energy costs immediately plummet by 8% to 30% and that is real cash-in-hand your organization did not plan to have. Our work is self-funding and is paid for by money otherwise sent straight to the electric company. One way or the other you will pay the equivalent of the project cost. You just have the option now to either invest the money in your facility or continue to send it to the power company. Q. How do I know if we are getting the payback and ROI you guaranteed us? A. We follow the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol, Option C. The protocols are the internationally accepted methodology for proving energy savings as outlined by the U.S. Department of Energy. Q. Will this change my production, processes or environment? A. No. Our approach and technologies are completely passive. Our technologies run behind the scenes within the electrical distribution system with no interruption or change to the way you conduct your business. Q. Are the technologies you use “approved”? A. All of the approaches and technologies we employ are proven, passive, IEEE recommended, and DOE and Energy Star approved. We do not engineer, use or manufacture any unproven “black box” or “pixie dust” solutions. All of our technologies are UL Listed and CSA Approved. Q. Can we get a rebate from the power company? A. Many states and local utilities offer generous incentives and rebates for our work. Q. Will your work void the manufacturer warranty on my equipment? A. Absolutely not. All of our technologies are proven and approved and will not void manufacturer warranties.
